2. Subscription Cancellation Overview

You can cancel your Tripura News Official subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, hidden penalties, or lock-in contracts. When you cancel an active subscription, automatic renewals will cease immediately, and you will not be billed for any subsequent billing cycles.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Depending on where you purchased your subscription, please follow the appropriate cancellation steps:

A. Subscriptions via Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner and select Payments & subscriptions.
  3. Tap Subscriptions and find Tripura News Official.
  4. Select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

B. Subscriptions via Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and select Tripura News Official.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

C. Direct Subscriptions & Web Payments

If you subscribed directly through our official website or direct payment gateways (UPI/Card/NetBanking), you can cancel by navigating to your account profile settings in the app or by emailing our support desk at business@insyssky.com with your registered mobile/email and Order ID.

4. Access Rights After Cancellation

Upon cancelling your subscription:

  • You will retain uninterrupted access to all paid features and e-papers until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • Your account will automatically transition to our free tier upon the expiration of your subscription period.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining unused days of an active cycle. (For refund requests regarding technical errors, please see our Refund Policy).

5. Account Deletion & Data Cancellation

If you wish to permanently delete your Tripura News Official user profile and associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request directly within the mobile application settings or email us at business@insyssky.com. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will immediately terminate active services.

6. Termination by Tripura News Official

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user access or subscriptions if there is a verified violation of our Terms and Conditions, engagement in fraudulent activities, or abuse of the services provided.
